Sustainability & Equity Internship
A one-month immersive internship exploring sustainability, inequality, development, dignity of labour, ecology, and community-centered futures.
Through discussions, field exposure, reflective learning, and collaborative activities, participants engage with questions around
work and livelihoods,
growth and development,
climate and ecology,
inequality and justice,
and responsible leadership.
The internship combines sustainability studies, rural exposure, mentorship, community engagement, and interdisciplinary learning to help young people think more critically about society and the future we are building together.

Building Your Tribe 5-Year Feloowship
A two-year immersive fellowship integrating UPSC preparation, leadership development, governance exposure, ethics, community engagement, and public service to nurture competent, compassionate, and responsible future civil servants.
Through comprehensive UPSC coaching, field exposure, reflective learning, and collaborative experiences, participants engage with questions around:
governance and public policy,
society and inclusive development,
ethics and constitutional values,
leadership and public service,
community engagement and nation-building.
The fellowship combines rigorous UPSC preparation, real-world immersion, mentorship by experts and civil servants, leadership development, and community projects to help young aspirants build the knowledge, character, and competence required to serve society with integrity and purpose.

Seriousness of purpose, not academic standing
Fellows are chosen for the quality of their curiosity and their willingness to be changed by a year of close thinking. Degrees, grades, and institutions are not the criteria.
The cohort is deliberately small. Fellows learn as much from each other as from mentors — which means the community you enter is itself part of what you are signing up for. We select for people who will take that seriously.
