Sustainability & Equity Internship
A one-month immersive internship exploring sustainability, inequality, development, dignity of labour, ecology, and community-centered futures.
Through discussions, field exposure, reflective learning, and collaborative activities, participants engage with questions around
work and livelihoods,
growth and development,
climate and ecology,
inequality and justice,
and responsible leadership.
The internship combines sustainability studies, rural exposure, mentorship, community engagement, and interdisciplinary learning to help young people think more critically about society and the future we are building together.
Pedagogy of the Oppressed Fellowship
A one-year immersive fellowship integrating critical pedagogy, teaching practice, community immersion, reflective learning, action research, and mentorship to nurture reflective, compassionate, and transformative educators committed to equitable education.
Through critical pedagogy, teaching practice, community immersion, reflective learning, and collaborative experiences, participants engage with questions around:
education, equity, and social justice,
learning, child development, and inclusive classrooms,
power, identity, and democratic participation,
critical thinking, reflection, and transformative teaching,
community engagement and educational change.
The fellowship combines educational philosophy, classroom practice, community immersion, action research, mentorship by experienced educators, and reflective learning to help teachers and changemakers develop the knowledge, empathy, and skills needed to create inclusive, joyful, and socially transformative learning environments.
Build Your Tribe
A five-year immersive fellowship integrating higher education, community living, field immersion, leadership development, systems thinking, and reflective learning to nurture ethical, compassionate, and transformative leaders.
Through immersive learning, community living, field exposure, reflective practice, and collaborative experiences, participants engage with questions around:
identity, values, and self-awareness,
society, culture, and social realities,
institutions, governance, and systems thinking,
leadership, responsibility, and collective action,
community engagement and nation-building.
The fellowship combines higher education, experiential learning, peer mentorship, field immersion, leadership development, and community-centered living to help young people build the knowledge, character, and skills needed to become ethical, compassionate, and transformative leaders committed to creating meaningful social change.
Civil Services Fellowship
A two-year immersive fellowship integrating UPSC preparation, leadership development, governance exposure, ethics, community engagement, and public service to nurture competent, compassionate, and responsible future civil servants.
Through comprehensive UPSC coaching, field exposure, reflective learning, and collaborative experiences, participants engage with questions around:
governance and public policy,
society and inclusive development,
ethics and constitutional values,
leadership and public service,
community engagement and nation-building.
The fellowship combines rigorous UPSC preparation, real-world immersion, mentorship by experts and civil servants, leadership development, and community projects to help young aspirants build the knowledge, character, and competence required to serve society with integrity and purpose.
Agroecology Fellowship
A one-year immersive fellowship integrating agroecology, regenerative farming, rural immersion, ecological stewardship, community engagement, and experiential learning to nurture ecological leaders committed to building resilient, just, and sustainable food systems.
Through experiential learning, farm immersion, ecological practice, reflective learning, and collaborative community engagement, participants engage with questions around:
ecology, biodiversity, and regenerative agriculture,
soil health, food systems, and sustainable livelihoods,
rural communities, indigenous knowledge, and local economies,
climate resilience, ecological restoration, and responsible stewardship,
community participation and sustainable rural development.
The fellowship combines ecological literacy, regenerative farming practices, rural immersion, mentorship from farmers and agroecology practitioners, participatory research, and hands-on projects to help young professionals develop the knowledge, skills, and values needed to regenerate ecosystems, strengthen rural communities, and build resilient and sustainable food systems.
Seriousness of purpose, not academic standing
Fellows are chosen for the quality of their curiosity and their willingness to be changed by a year of close thinking. Degrees, grades, and institutions are not the criteria.
The cohort is deliberately small. Fellows learn as much from each other as from mentors — which means the community you enter is itself part of what you are signing up for. We select for people who will take that seriously.
